What is the first step?+
Book a 20-minute video consultation. This gives you time to discuss your health history, current medications, allergies, previous experiences and individual wellness needs.
Do I need to know which option I want?+
No. Select “Not sure yet” during booking and explain what you would like to discuss. An online selection is not a recommendation or confirmation of suitability.
Does booking a consultation guarantee a mobile service?+
No. All services remain subject to consultation, individual suitability and approval where required.
How long does preparation take?+
Where individual preparation is required, allow approximately 5–7 days after the necessary review. Timing can vary and is confirmed with you.
Where can a mobile appointment take place?+
Following approval, appointments may be arranged at a suitable private location across Greater Melbourne, including a home, hotel, temporary accommodation, private office or another appropriate setting.
What makes a location suitable?+
The space should be clean, private, comfortable and safely accessible, with enough time for the appointment to proceed without interruption.
What information should I have ready?+
Please have details of current medications and supplements, known allergies, relevant health history and any previous IV experiences or reactions.
How is my information handled?+
Drip2U uses the secure booking process for health information and restricts access according to operational responsibilities. Do not send sensitive health details through general email or the Contact form.
Can I reschedule or manage my consultation?+
Use the “My Booking” link with your booking details to view the appointment and available management options, or contact Drip2U for assistance.
Will I receive confirmation?+
Yes. After a successful booking you receive a booking reference and can add the consultation to Google, Apple/ICS or Outlook calendar.
Is website information medical advice?+
No. Website information is general and does not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis or emergency care.
What should I do in an emergency?+
